Beef is a village in the municipality of Goiás, Pernambuco. It is located at latitude 07 ° 33'38 "south and longitude 35 ° 00'09" West.
Carne de Vaca é uma vila do município de Goiana, Pernambuco. Localiza-se a uma latitude 07º33'38" sul e a uma longitude 35º00'09" oeste. 
The beach of Beef is one of the busiest beaches in the municipality of Goiás, in addition to the area of the municipality which receives more tourists, the coast. The beach access areas are BR-101 and PE-49. The temperature of the region is quite high, with its average temperature of 24 degrees Celsius in the year. 
A praia de Carne de Vaca é uma das praias mais agitadas do município de Goiana, além de ser a zona do município que recebe mais turistas, o litoral. As zonas de acesso da praia são a BR-101 e a PE-49. A temperatura da região é bem alta, com sua temperatura media de 24º graus Celsius no ano.  
History
Originally occupied by Indians and Caetés potiguaras, the town of Beef originated from one of the oldest centers of settlement in the region.
The district belonged to the Captaincy in colonial Itamaracá. 
História
Primitivamente ocupada por índios caetés e potiguaras, a vila de Carne de Vaca originou-se de um dos mais antigos núcleos de colonização da região.O distrito pertenceu na época colonial à Capitania de Itamaracá.                                        
Economia 
A vila possui uma pequena zona comercial e uma rede hoteleira, além de diversos restaurantes que garantem a economia da região, o período que o comércio mais recebe lucro é no verão, porque recebe um grande número de turistas de Goiana, Região Metropolitana de Recife, João Pessoa e região.
